What is WorkKeys?
WorkKeys is the instrument used to assess one’s job skills for the Career Readiness Certificate.  Designed by ACT, the company that developed the ACT assessment college entrance exam, WorkKeys measures workplace literacy. With a database of more than 14,000 job profiles, WorkKeys identifies skills needed on the job, assesses an individual’s skill level, and helps identify training needed to close any gaps.

The WorkKeys Employment System is a comprehensive procedure for measuring, communicating and improving the common skills required for success in the workplace.
